Please note: 3-Day and single day passes are currently available online until 10 PM CT on Thurs, May 22, 2025. After that time passes will be available on-site at the CB2025 Registration Desk.

BROADCASTS AND CHANNELS
CB2025 will be covered by broadcast teams and on-air talent from around the fighting game community. We want you to be able to enjoy watching the matches in the venue or at home. This year we are working with 14 teams streaming on 14 Twitch channels, including:

VENUE MAP AND KEY LOCATIONS
CB2025 is back at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center and Hotel. The event is taking over the convention center, the Schaumburg ballroom, the second floor ballrooms, and has dedicated space for the Artist Alley and Indie Devs throughout the foyers! There’s over 170,000 square feet dedicated to CB2025, and a few important locations to be aware of prior to arriving:
- Doors open for CB2025 on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 9:30 AM CT
- Registration and Check-In are available in the Schaumburg Ballroom foyer at the following hours:
- Thursday, May 22 from 2 PM CT to 10 PM CT
- Friday, May 23 from 9 AM to 10 PM
- Saturday, May 24 from 9 AM to 10 PM
- Sunday, May 25 at 9 AM CT to 9 PM
- Tournaments take place in the Convention Center, Schaumburg ballroom, and Nirvana ballroom
- The Mystery Game Tournament is in the Nirvana Ballroom
- Vendors and Exhibitors are in the Convention Center
- The Artist Alley is in the Adventure Hall Foyer and throughout the Schaumburg Ballroom
- All In Together: The Community Tourneys at CB2025 take place in the Schaumburg Ballroom
- The Arcade is in the Utopia Ballroom
- Indie Devs are in the Nirvana ballroom foyer
- Concessions and a seating area are located on the second floor to the south of the stairwell
- Tabletop gaming stations are available in the Utopia foyer
- BYOC areas are available in the Schaumburg ballroom and behind the lobby escalators
Lastly, the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel has a dedicated coffee shop, bar, and restaurant available. Hours vary. Please check on-site for accurate info.
